Now he faces a more formidable test because Alcaraz seems to have taken on an aura of invincibility.
Yet Korda knows he can thrive against the newest young force in the men’s game after what happened in Monaco.
Sebastian pulled off his best win of the year when he downed Alcaraz 7-6 (7-2), 6-7 (5-7), 6-3 in the Monte Carlo Masters second round.
Whatever happens in their latest clash, you can bet Korda will emerge stronger and better for the experience.
