Mobile Ticketing for Wimbledon 2021

We are excited to give you details of ticket arrangements for the very special Wimbledon Championships which will go ahead as planned after the cancellation last year. The grounds will have 50% capacity growing to 100% for the Ladies & Men’s Finals on 10/11 July.

For the first time in its history, Wimbledon is introducing mobile ticketing for the 2021 tournament.

Access To Your Mobile Ticket Is Via A 2 Stage Process

You can access your debenture tickets via a 2-stage process through your myWimbledon Account and then the Wimbledon App (which will become available week commencing 21st June 2021).

In summary:

Stage 1: Create your myWimbledon Account to receive your ticket tokens. This can be done on your desktop, laptop, iPad or mobile phone. Please complete this process as soon as possible so that we can then transfer your ticket tokens to you.

Stage 2: Download, from the relevant app store for your device, the Wimbledon 2021 App (available from week commencing 21st June 20201) onto your smartphone in order to present the ticket for entry. Your ticket will be available via the Wimbledon 2021 App on the day of entry. If you do not own a smartphone, please contact us on 01962 733 649. You will still have to have created a myWimbledon Account.


STAGE 1: Create your myWimbledon Account

It is essential you create your account using the email on your order unless you have advised us otherwise.

To create your account, please click here.

Step 1: Click on the green box to JOIN myWimbledon.

Step 2: Fill in your email (the one we have sent these instructions to) and create a password. Please tick all 3 boxes.

Step 3: Please ensure your name on your myWimbledon Account matches your photo ID. (You will be asked to show a valid form of photo ID along with your ticket when you arrive at the gate.)

Step 4: Complete the Registration and submit.

Your account has been created and you can now access your myWimbledon Profile.

Ticket Tokens

We will transfer the ticket tokens to your myWimbledon Account once we have received them from the Debenture Holder(s).

On transfer you will receive an email from noreply@wimbledon.tickets advising that you have received ticket token allocation(s). This will provide a link giving you access to your ticket token allocations(s) and step by step instructions of how to view and manage your ticket token allocation(s)

If you are transferring your ticket on

To forward ticket tokens on to other family members, guests, or if you have sold them on, you will be able to transfer the ticket token through the ‘Manage Benefits’ tab in your myWimbledon Account. You will be required to select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the email address of the person you are sending the ticket tokens to. The new recipient(s) will have to create their own myWimbledon Account in order to receive the ticket tokens and download the Wimbledon App (available the week commencing 21st June 2021) to access the ticket on the day they are attending.

STAGE 2: Accessing your Ticket via the Wimbledon App:

Download, from the relevant app store for your device, the Wimbledon 2021 App (available from week commencing 21st June 20201) onto your smartphone.

Your ticket will be made available in the Wimbledon 2021 App on your smartphone on the day you are attending.

Entry will be permitted on presentation of the mobile tickets on your smartphone along with the photo ID of the ticket holder on the day.
